Straight up about the money

The property owner pays you directly, on your terms.
We charge you a flat $150 coordination fee per job to start. Larger jobs move to a percentage, agreed with you before you accept. This is our launch rate. As we run more jobs, we'll review it to keep it fair for everyone.
No sign-up fee. No monthly fee. No cost when things are quiet.
If we don't send you work, we don't earn a cent.

Who we're looking for

Wellington trades who answer the phone.

We're building a small, vetted network, not a directory. That means fewer trades, more work each, and we're picky about who's on the list.

What we need from you: current public liability insurance, the right licence or certification for your trade, and a real willingness to turn out when the weather's bad. That's it.
